If you need to leave the fair and you want to return, you can re-enter FREE with your wristband, and then just enjoy the events, concerts and FREE Carnival Rides! What's New for 2008?
Well, planning is already in motion for the 2008 Gogebic County Fair. This year, we have been working to book some quality family entertainment for fairgoers of all ages. Currently we are still workingwith entertainers and bands, so we don't have everything set yet. But...we have updated some of the website. Feel free to look around, and check back often to find out more about the 2008 fair. At many fairs, you pay at the gate, pay at the midway, pay for the Grandstand Concerts, pay for watching the Motocross or Mud Run....it can get very expensive!
At the Gogebic County Fair, we have an "All Inclusive Price Program". When entering the fair, and you pay your $9.00 gate admission, (ages 3 and up) a wristband is placed on your wrist and you can enjoy the fair all day.

Home Yard and Sports Show
This year, the fair had the opportunity to attend the WIMI-WJMS HOME YARD & SPORTS SHOW at the Pat O'Donnell Civic Center. We enjoyed talking to all who attended and we had a drawing for two season passes each day of the show.
Friday winner: Pam Beckman, Hurley WI.
Saturday winner: Harvey Hoopman, Bayfield WI.
Sunday winner: Gavyn Rubatt, Ironwood, MI.
