Grandstand Shows and Free Events on the grounds! If you need to leave the fair and you want to return, you can enter the fair that day with your wristband FREE!, and then just enjoy the events, concerts and Spectrum Entertainment Carnival Rides! The only other money you will spend at the fair is for the great fair food from our many vendors, to play the fun carnival games and any of the merchandise you purchase on the grounds from one of our many vendors. Enjoy Harness Racing, Grandstand Concerts and Shows, Horse Shows, On Ground Entertainment and more for FREE! This may sound to good to be true, but it is true!
At many fairs, you pay at the gate, pay at the Carnival Midway, pay for the Grandstand Concerts, pay for watching the Motocross or Mud Run....it can get very expensive!
At the Gogebic County Fair, we have an "All Inclusive Price Program". When entering the fair, and you pay your $10.00 gate admission, (per person ages 3 and up) a wristband is placed on your wrist and you can enjoy the fair all day. Free Carnival Ride, Free
Keep up on what's happening with the fair with our facebook page. Click on the "follow us on facebook" bar at the left for a direct link to our page. It's a great way for people to catch up on what's going on with the fair, fairgrounds and the fair board. If you have any pictures or video you would like to share, either send them through our email, or load them up to our facebook page for all to see! We are currently working on photo gallery for this year, (as soon as we get all of the pictures compiled). So, keep a look out for that.

CONGRATULATIONS to our "Volunteer of the Year" winners! Greetings! Well, plans are in the works to make the 2012 Gogebic County Fair one of the best events this year! The Fairboard is hard at work getting everything in motion for the August fair.
The entertainmant line-up is coming together quite well, Thanks to the hard work of the board. We are excited about the upcoming events this year.....and to bring back some of the old favorites. With entertainers like Country Music Artist Daryl Worley, and with singers like John Ford Coley and Vince Anthony....it's gonna be a great time! Along with the first grandstand Bull Riding Show with fireworks, Thursday's Tradition....Martys Goldenaires, the 9th Annual Mud Run, The State Line Motocross, and the High School Challenge it's going to be a fantastic time for everyone! Find out more thoughout our website! Check it out! Along with the granstand events, there are many things happening all around the grounds.
